The Camera works with 2.4Ghz WiFi only, 5GHz WiFi is not supported
Special Characters / and & are not supported in WiFi Name and Password
This WiFi Camera is not Battery Powered. It must connect power supply to an outlet all the time (Main Electricity or UPS either of them)
Quickly WiFi Configuration:
Download Phone App by Scanning the QR Code on the camera
Power the camera on, search the Camera’s Hotspot WiFi to connect the camera with it
Run App, tap symbol “+” and select “Search Camera on LAN” to add camera.
After added the camera, hit the setting button, hit WiFi setting, and input your router password. Wait for about 30 seconds, then the camera works wirelessly. That means you have successfully connected this camera from its Hotspot WiFi Signal to your router. For more detail instructions, please read our User Manual.

Audio & video live view and playback are applicable on phone, tablet and laptop.
An external speaker has to be connected to a PC to apply the audio function.
Two-way audio is not applicable. You can only hear the sound from the live view & recorded videos. But you cannot talk to those on the camera’s side.
